Issues
By: Brandon Goodreau
Issues cause problems
In many different ways
They can cause pain
Or confusion
What to wear
What to eat
The issues are
How people will judge me
Will they like me
Or care
Will they notice me
Or look past me
Issues can create chaos
He looks like this
Or she believes in that
These issues can cause
Both hatred or love

The Problems
By Ryan Denman
Issues are a problem.
They seem to be in every size.
Everybody has them.
But, when noticed they are a surprise.
A child may have a split family.
While an aging senior has none.
Neither can live happily.
Both want these curses undone.
A leader always has pressures,
They finds it hard to please.
They find very little time for pleasures,
And no time to put their mind at ease.
These are all issues no matter how different.
Plus everyone can see them.
This should not be an amusement
For issues are a problem.
Poem 4
Cooper Ehlers
You have bad breath,
You have bad hair,
You like to talk to people about your problem's,
But, truthfully, nobody cares.
Talking about your problems helps you on the sprint,
But actually doing something to solve your problems,
Will allow you to be able to move on,
to be able to actually live your life.
Issues, Problems, Faults,
Everyone has them, not only you,
You like to talk to people about your problems,
Nobody cares, we're all just the same.
Issues
by Craddock
Issues are like a ball and chain
Were dragging them everywhere.
No matter how hard we try
We can't get rid of them,
There locked on us forever.
Everyones got issues
And you eventually will have to face them.
No matter how hard you hide
They will find you and eat away at you
Like vultures on a corpse.
You can try to sweep them under the run
Pretend like there not there
But they will come back to bite you in the behind.
You can never get away from the truth.
Issues of America
By: Jesse Humphries
America is in big trouble.
War, poverty, no health insurance,
Our country has burst its shiny bubble,
We have lost some of our endurance.
When will we have world peace?
Stop the shooting, stop the killing,
We can only hope for wars to cease.
So America, are you willing?
People are starving, living on the streets,
No food, no water, no shelter.
Their beds are only cardboard sheets.
When did our country begin to falter?
Our children are getting ill
No place for the sick to go
They can’t even get a prescription pill
Medicine has hit an all time low
President Bush we ask for your aid
We want peace, help for the poor and America to care
Don’t let our country’s power fade
We don’t want our country to
Let’s unite and take the dare.
Issues
By Max Mendoza
Everyday a new issue
Everyday a new dilemma
Am I going to get to school on time?
How do I look?
Was there homework?
What time is practice?
Do I have to go to bed so early?
The pressure to fit it
The pressure to do well
The pressure to meet and surpass the expectations
The pressure to make your parents proud
The peer pressure
Should I do that?
Am I doing the right thing?
Always questioning
Dealing with friends
Dealing with grades
Issues
By Keira De Nicola
When I have them, I tell someone I trust,
Sometimes, an issue can even be lust.
Everyone has them, some more than others,
Another issue can even be your mother or your brother.
An issue can be big or small,
Sometimes it can even be on deciding to buy something at the mall.
People face issues everyday,
Some are so big some people need to pray!
Whatever your issue may be,
It all seems to work out you see,
Once you give it time things usually work out,
Then there’s no reason to pout. ☺
Issues
By: Carolina Paredes
Poverty, a word, a cause
a life with no applause.
People day in and out suffer,
While the world goes on and gets tougher.
Poverty
Hunger their stomach complains,
As their pain still remains.
Clothes tattered and torn,
But they are left in forlorn.
Poverty
Begging in the streets everyday,
While people walk past their dismay.
They walk the streets scruffy,
As their hair gets very puffy.
Poverty
There is no one who cares,
Plus no answers to their prayers.
By relatives they have been denied,
No map or someone there to guide.
Poverty
Make poverty history, this sounds divine.
But if you’re at ease with your conscience, then fine!
Everybody should be grateful,
And be sure to not be unthankful.
Poverty
Time
Lauren Farello
The clock ticks for
The final time as
A tear trickles down
The cheek of
A mother saying
Goodbye to her baby.
Forever.
A quivering hand extends
In the direction of
The suit walking by
As he shakes his head
And looks at his watch
Pretending he has
Someplace important to go.
Liar.
She looks at her belly
Which extends out
A bit more than it used to
And kneels as
She asks why she couldn’t
Rewind time and
Go back 8 months
Before that high school party.
Mistakes.
Time flies.
People change.
Things happen.
But we can’t dwell on
Time that has passed.
Instead we must believe
In the future because
In the end
Life goes on.
Issues
By, Timothy Nunez
Everyone has issues,
Issues can occur instantaniously,
You can create new issues for yourself or people around you,
You can also get rid of issues for yourself or people around you,
You can have issues,
You can have issues in you house,
issues in your class,
issues with a friend,
Everyone will always have issues,
You may get rid of one issue,
and two new will arrise in its place.
Maybe more.
Issues are like germs,
they are everywhere,
we have to learn to live with them,
and they never do you any good.
Issues
By Nikolas Kessler
Issues are in everyone’s life,
Without issues the world would be perfect,
There are lots of issues between a husband and his wife,
Some of your issues come from peoplle you wouldn’t suspect.
Your issues are not fun to deal with,
Sometimes you have to help people with their’s,
People try to hide their issues like having issues is a myth,
When you think about your issues you think, does anyone else really care?
Issuses result in good ways and bad,
People are deling with them every day,
Some serious issues can cause a person to wake up in rehab,
You should take care of your issues, before they wear away.
Issues
By Marissa Gomez
Can you really call your issues
more important than another's?
Have you ever thought
about someone else's?
That poor little girl,
who no one knows by name,
who sits in the corner of the lunchroom,
always alone, always silent.
No one ever thinks to say hi,
no one ever thinks to include her,
no one ever asks her opinion,
no one ever acts like they care.
At one point you notice,
that poor little girl in the corner,
and the bruises on her arms,
and the cuts on her face.
Then you notice that a week goes by,
and she hasn’t been at school,
she hasn’t been in her corner,
eating alone and silent.
One day you ask a teacher where the girl is,
the teacher just looks at you with a melancholy face,
then that night you see her face on the news,
“This poor girl, committed suicide a week ago.”
So can you really call your issues
more important than another’s?
Have you ever thought
about someone else’s?
Issues
By Nicole Bartels
"Do you need some tissues,
for your issues?"
Is what some people might say,
well i say that issues should just go away.
We really don't need them,
but some people really like to feed 'em.
Issues are something people like to make.
These people like to cause others to break.
You can't just leave it,
or else it'll come back and you'll get hit,
harder, even harder than before.
So don't try to ignore,
it will always float back to the shore.
Issues
by, Keely Stevenson
she is walking down the hallway
look to the left whispers
look to the right more whispers
should never have gone to the party
should have never started drinking
you look on the wrists of the weird girl
cuts going left and right
has no friends and is bullied
gone for a few weeks
on the tv you hear of a girl committing suicide
the cops come
i've got to hide
they can not find the drugs
i can not go to jail
but i can not break the addiction
why did i start?
why did i do this to myself?
she is thinking to herself
as she is going to the hospital
why did i let him do this to me?
it's a girl
issues surrond us
taking a hold of us and
choking us
hard to take a hold of our life
but we nedd to take the reins on this one

Issues
By: Emilija Stojanovic
Issues are problems,
They always make us worry.
They can be big,
They can be small.
It may be a family problem,
Or a problem with friends,
But issues are everywhere,
And they never stop coming.
It is rare that we don’t have issues,
They are everywhere,
And everyday a new one seems to rise up,
And a new worry arises.
Issues are always occurring,
The best thing to do is talk about them.
Think them through,
And attempt to resolve them.
